Once we receive your submission, our team will review it and follow up with the available design options, pricing, and next steps to bring your dog's personality to life on a shirt.

What sizes do your shirts come in?

Our apparel is available in a wide range of sizes. Please refer to the Size Guide on each product page for detailed measurements to help you find your perfect fit.

What are your shirts made of?

We use premium, soft, high-quality fabrics chosen for comfort, durability, and everyday wear. Fabric blends may vary slightly depending on the specific product.

How long does shipping take?

Most orders are printed and shipped within 3–7 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location, but most U.S. orders arrive within 5–10 business days after production.

Can I return or exchange my order?

Because each item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing or buyer's remorse. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right.

How should I wash my shirt?

For the longest-lasting print, wash your shirt inside out in cold water with like colors. Tumble dry on low heat or hang dry. Avoid bleach and do not iron directly on the printed design.

Do you offer custom designs?

We're always open to fun ideas! If you're interested in a custom design for your dog, event, business, or club, email Help@RuffLifeThreads.com and tell us about your project.

Will you restock sold-out items?
